Irvine Park Railroad Pumpkin Patch

What's Halloween without carving up some pumpkins? The Irvine Park Pumpkin Patch is one of the more famed pumpkin patches in Orange County. There are a hundred of different sized pumpkins available for sale. Plus, there are also hay rides, carnival games, pony rides, tractor rides, cookie decorating, and more fun-filled activities.

Cal Poly Pomona Pumpkin Festival

Fall and pumpkin patches are pretty much synonymous and the Cal Poly Pomona Pumpkin Festival is the season's biggest dose of Halloween pumpkins. Lining up the fields as far as the eye can see; the pumpkin patch remains as unique as ever. The annual festival offers food booths, games, a corn maze, and even a petting zoo!

Annual Discovery Cube Pumpkin Launch

Another fun Fall thing to try in OC is to attend Discovery Cube's Annual Pumpkin Launch. The event is quite a sight with flying pumpkins in the air. Many teams compete to break the record for the most pumpkins launches, as well as the farthest launched and those closest to the target.

Apple Picking in Oak Glen

Ah, the fresh taste of newly-pressed apple cider! Apple picking in Oak Glen around the Fall season is an yearly tradition taken up by many families. Head up to Oak Glen and pick ripe red apples from around 30+ farmlands in the 5-mile radius. You can also press your own apple cider and enjoy it with the kids.

The Great Park Balloon

The iconic Great Park Balloon in Orange County's Great Park is another must-see attraction. In the month of October, you can see a big, orange balloon Jack-O-Lantern flying high in the sky. You can head over there anytime you like, have a picnic, take a stroll in the park, and remember to take a picture in front of the balloon!

Spooky Science Exhibit

Want Halloween to be both a fun and a learning experience for the little ones? Then make sure to head over to the Discovery Science Center for their Spooky Science Exhibit. The kids will get to learn interesting facts about Halloween, pumpkins, and join in on many fun Halloween-related activities.

In 1996, after teaching in Japan for several years, Danny Barker and his wife Manami came back to the California and bought 10 used Toyota Corollas with the intention of opening their own rental company. The premise of this company was to give a true all inclusive price to anyone 21 and over with no extra fees or surprises and no matter what country you were from.

And thus in 1997 Super Cheap Car Rental was born. Over time Danny and Manami built a reputation as an honest company that truly cared about and valued its customers. As a result Super Cheap Car Rental became the go to rental company for many foreign and American students, travelers and interns as well as for workers in the music and entertainment business in Los Angeles.

A lot has changed in the 20+ years Super Cheap has been in business but the one thing that has never changed is Super Cheap's small company attitude and their commitment to putting a smile on every one of their customers faces.
